My thoughts of Stuart mostly go back to our childhood growing up together as we did in the best extended family you could ask for with aunts and uncles who could treat and chide us as if they were our own parents and cousins who were our first friends. Stuart was the funniest, cheekiest and mischievous of us all and would make me laugh till my stomach hurt. As adults he still never failed to make me smile or laugh and sometimes cringe when I bumped into him while shopping, in a club or pub where he would take great delight in trying to embarrass me with some skit or another. Special occasions and family parties were always fun with Stuart there to wind up my mum and Auntie Sylvia in particular. How to sum up such an amazing character in just a few words? He was funny, cheeky, forthright, honest and, behind all the bravado, kind, loving, caring and brave. He will stay in my heart always till we have the big reunion in the sky. My love to Elaine Chloe my lovely Uncle Billy and Godmummy Audrey and Trevor, Annmarie and Girls on this hardest of days for you all. Rest easy and pain free ‘Cuz’ we will raise a glass or ten to you when we can all get together. Lorraine
